When does Pro pay off?

Pro starts saving you money around 222 minutes per month — that's about 7 minutes per day. If you make a couple of cross-language calls a week or send daily voice messages to family abroad, Pro is almost certainly cheaper. If you're a casual user, Pay-as-you-go is the right starting point — you can upgrade any time.

Things people ask before signing up.

What counts as a "translated minute"? +

Live-call minutes and the duration of voice messages you send or receive. Text messages are unmetered — write and translate as many as you like.

What happens after I burn through the 10 free minutes? +

Pay-as-you-go billing kicks in at 9¢ / minute, or upgrade to Pro for 90 included minutes plus a 4¢ rate after. You can switch plans at any time.

Do unused Pro minutes roll over? +

No — Pro's 90 minutes reset each billing cycle. If you consistently use less than 90 minutes a month, Pay-as-you-go is the cheaper option.

Which languages are supported? +

Every language supported by our open-source translation backend (LibreTranslate) and our cloning engines (OpenVoice V2 and Chatterbox). The list grows as the engines do — new languages drop in without a plan upgrade.

Can I switch quality tiers mid-call? +

Tiers are picked per call today. Mid-call switching is on the roadmap — the pipeline already supports it server-side, the UI just doesn't expose it yet.

Is my voice profile reused for training? +

Only if you opt in. Voice profiles are scoped to your account by default; toggle training opt-in in settings if you want your voice to help improve the shared models.
